It’s official: There is going to be a second installment of TEDxKreuzberg. On 9 Dec (Thursday), 7-10pm, we will have a spectacular line-up of inspiring speakers at Betahaus Berlin.

To guarantee a smooth flow, allow me to state a number of points you might need to know:

Speakers
The inspiration and passion of great speakers is what makes TEDx events what they are. We will announce the speaker list soon. We are planning for 4 talks. Proposals and applications are welcome. Please use the proposal form to point us to speakers we should definitely ask, or to apply to be a speaker yourself.

Registration & Admission
Unlike last year, no registration is required to attend TEDxKreuzberg. Very much like last year, we expect demand to outnumber the available seats by far, though. We are going to allow attendees in on a first-come-first-serve basis and we will close the doors when it is full. We expect this to happen rather early.

Language
Talks can be either in English or German. We strongly encourage speakers to present in English as the audience will be very international. Live translation services cannot be offered at TEDxKreuzberg. However, feel free to ask us anything in German.

Video
All talks will be recorded and submitted to the global TEDx video database. (Again, we encourage presentations in English.)

Thanks!
We would like to thank the great folks at TED for making independent TEDx events possible, as well as last year’s speakers and attendees for their great talks and feedback.
